Our Services
At the Accident Clinic of SWFL, our goal is to focus on your health and well-being by providing a tailored treatment plan for each patient. We believe that you deserve focused and specific care, no matter how big or how small your accident was.

Chiropractic Adjustment
An adjustment occurs by our doctor using either her hands or a small "clicking" tool. This is used to align the spine / joints in the body. By doing so, the doctor is able to align the bones to go where they need to go. You may hear a small "POP!"

Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization
AKA IASTM. It is the use of a tool, usually with a beveled edge, to assess the quality of the tissue to treat areas that have scar tissue or chronic inflammation.
Common areas include: shoulder, plantar fasciitis, and the IT Band.

Extremity Adjustments
Extremities are the joints in your body not attached to your spine (elbows, knees, shoulders, etc.).
Sometimes these extremities are mispositioned, causing pain. Our doctor adjusts these joints by putting them back where they belong.

Range of Motion Testing
Range of motion testing is done on your first visit and every re-evaluation to show the improvement in how your body is moving.

Electrical Muscle Stimulation
The doctor / therapist secures electrode pads to your skin. This machine generates electrical impulses that stimulate your skeletal muscles to contract forcing lactic acid out of the muscle. The electric impulses stop nerve pain that can travel down your arms or legs.

Whole Body Vibration
This makes the body vibrate causing an increase in blood flow to promote muscle recovery, improve bone density, improve posture, burn fat cells, and ease neuropathy symptoms.

Physiotherapy
Physical treatment and rehabilitation are used to detect, prevent, and treat symptoms of the musculoskeletal system. Both acute and chronic conditions can be treated through our guided therapeutic exercises.

Manual Therapy
Our doctor works one-on-one with the patient as she pinpoints trigger points in the muscle. She focuses on the muscle by working out adhesions and scar tissue to increase patient's range of motion and ease muscle pain and tension.

MRI Reviews
A board certified radiologist reviews and writes a report based on the MRI findings. Our doctor will go over in detail, with the patient, the results from the report. A treatment plan based on the results will be made. If further evaluation is needed, a referral will be made.

Intersegmental Traction
A passive therapy that improves motion in the spine. It gently and effectively re-establishes normal range of motion by stretching the spinal joints to increase mobility and rehydrate the discs in the spine.
